Action 1: Response to the Petition
Unlike our Minister for Communications and unlike the ODTR, eMinister Mary Hanafin actually responded to the petitioners. That is a welcome change from the past. We've highlighted the weaknesses of Hanafin's answer by publishing it as a bogus first draft.
