| Two articles in the influential The Register illustrate the strides South Korea is making with broadband. While the South Koreans sure-footedly step further ahead our own regulator tries to belittle their success: In her recent radio interview our ODTR boss Etain Doyle attempted to reduce the South Korean broadband roll-out success to the prevalence of apartment blocks there.
